FIELD: medicine, cardiology. SUBSTANCE: one should register patient's dopplerogram at respiratory delay at inhalation height. Tissue systolic peak rate of basic segment of left ventricle is measured. Supposed global outburst fraction is calculated. True global outburst fraction is determined by modified Simpson's formula. Then one should calculate index for local systolic dysfunction impact upon global myocardial contractility (GMC). Dysfunction should be evaluated by GMC value. The method in question enables to carry out objective quantitative analysis for the impact of local systolic dysfunction upon GMC. EFFECT: higher efficiency and accuracy of evaluation. 1 dwg, 3 ex
