FIELD: medicine, cardiology.

SUBSTANCE: in patients one should carry out stress-echocardiography with physical loading to measure the rates of basal segment of anterior wall and the middle segment of lateral wall of left ventricle both before and after loading. If average systolic rate of basal segment of anterior wall of left ventricle after loading is below 5.1 cm/sec and/or its gain after loading does not exceed 0.95 cm/sec one should diagnose the lesion of anterior inter-ventricular branch of left coronary artery. If average systolic rate of the middle segment of lateral wall after loading is below 4.1 cm/sec and/or integral of linear rate of this segment after loading does not exceed 1.2 cm it is possible to diagnose the lesion of rounding branch of left coronary artery. The present innovation enables to detect disorders in local myocardial contraction and perform topical diagnostics for the lesions in the branches of left coronary artery.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of diagnostics.
