SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting out polypropylene net to place it in unconstraint manner over transverse fascia and let it medially pass under direct abdominal muscle and then upwards under the transverse abdominal muscle and downward over the inguinal ligament. The net is fixed with U-shaped continuous sutures over perimeter towards lateral edge of pyramidal muscle, lateral edge of the direct abdominal muscle, to the inferior edges of internal oblique abdominal muscle and transverse abdominal muscle with separate interrupted sutures attached to the inguinal ligament and pubic tubercle.

EFFECT: provided solid fixation of net; provided high quality cicatrix formation.
