FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: in pre- operational period it is detected a disposition height of abdominal internal oblique and transverse muscles above inguinal ligament. At the height of inguinal space being 2 cm and more a surgical tactics is chosen which deals with descending and fixing the tendon's edges of abdominal internal oblique and transverse muscles towards pectineal and inguinal ligaments. At the height of inguinal space being less than 2 cm the hernioplastic methods are taken out to strengthen anterior walls of inguinal channel.
