SUBSTANCE: in the building, structure frame at least part of it is made of columns, cross-bars and at least of a single floor, at least part of which is formed with the use of hollow slabs, and the cross-bars are made prefabricated-monolithic in the form of spatial bodies with a prefabricated lower widened part and a premonolithic upper part narrowed relative to the lower one in the form of an extended polyhedron with a cross-section mainly in the form of a rectangle or trapezoid with formation in the aggregate with the prefabricated part of a single bearing section with local broadenings in the form of projections positioned in the cross-bar length with a spacing corresponding to the spacing of the cavities of the floor slabs resting on the cross-bar, the projections are made extended in the directions of the cavity axes, have a length making up at least 1.3 of the thickness of the respective slabs, and are positioned in the presupporting and supporting areas of the slab cavities. EFFECT: reduced labor content and specific consumption of materials, conduction of work in any weather conditions, mainly in the regions with a rigorous climate with low negative temperatures in winter, with reduced terms of condition of work. 11 cl, 33 dwg
