FIELD: construction industry, erection of residential, public and administrative buildings and structures, their rebuilding of reconstruction. SUBSTANCE: floor of building or structure, at least part of it, includes frame spanners and hollow plates rested against posts. Spanners are prefabricated-monolithic spanners in the form of spatial bodies with prefabricated expanding lower parts and upper parts made narrowing with reference to lower parts and having shape of elongated polyhedron with cross-section predominantly in the form of rectangle or trapezium to form single bearing profile in combination with local widenings in the form of protrusions arranged over length of spanner with spacing corresponding to spacing of corresponding hollows in floor plates rested against spanner. Protrusions are elongated towards axes of hollows and have length amounting to 1.3 thickness of corresponding plates, as minimum, and are positioned in bearing zones of hollows of plates. EFFECT: reduced usage of materials and labor, potential to conduct operations under any weather conditions, predominantly, in regions classified as rigorous climatic zones with low negative temperatures in winter season with simultaneous shortening of time for execution of work. 10 cl, 33 dg
