FIELD: construction industry, erection of public, residential and administrative buildings and structures, their rebuilding and reconstruction. SUBSTANCE: in building or structure at least one floor or part of it includes frame spanners rested against posts and hollow floor plates. Prefabricated- monolithic spanners come in the form of spatial bodies having prefabricated lower widened part and upper part narrowed relative to lower part in the form of elongated polyhedron with cross-section predominantly in the form of rectangle or trapezium with formation of single bearing profile in combination with prefabricated part having local widenings in the form of protrusions arranged over length of spanner with spacing corresponding to spacing of hollows in floor plates rested against spanner. Protrusions are elongated towards axes of hollows, have length amounting to 1.3 thickness of proper plates and are positioned in bearing zones of plate hollows. EFFECT: reduced usage of material and labor, possibility to conduct operations under any meteorological conditions, predominantly in regions related to rigorous climatic zones with low negative temperatures in winter season with simultaneous shortening of time for execution of work. 10 cl, 33 dwg
