FIELD: mining machinery and equipment. SUBSTANCE: this can be used for underground development of coal and other stratified deposits of minerals. Main components of plant are as follows: operating working member, circular chain, frame of plant, mechanism for regulation according to hygrometry, support sections, roofing, beam support, transportation equipment, relater, hydraulic motor for emulsion, control facility, coal-rock boundary control facility, mounting and self-mounting technology. Frontal plant of new engineering level has circular-type cutting and delivering operating member, sections of power support, relater, conjunction support. Operating member has chain with cutters and scrapers, and drive units. Frame has lower and upper guide members for cutting and goofing. Goofing guide members can move in vertical plane by means of adjusting mechanisms. Support sections are connected with frame by advancing rams. Transportation equipment is made up of longwall equipment, relater and entry equipment. Also provided are facilities for monitoring and control of plant movement over hygrometry of mineral bed, means for mechanization of end operations, and means for mounting and dismantling of plant. All machines and mechanisms are kinematically and technologically interconnected. Operating member combines cutting of coal over entire work face with transportation of coal. Frame directs movement of operating member along floor and roof and simultaneously participates in supporting roof and maintaining side stability of support. Conjunction support supports roof at junctions, prevents end operations and helps mechanize remounting operations. Overall results: increased productivity, saving of labour and material expenses.
