SUBSTANCE: invention relates to steroids of sterol order of the general formula (I) where R1 and R2 are taken independently among the group including hydrogen atom and unbranched or branched C1-C6-alkyl; R3 is taken among the group including hydrogen atom, methylene, hydroxy-group, oxo-group, =NOR26 where R26 means hydrogen atom and hydroxy-group and C1-C4-alkyl bound with the same carbon atom of sterol skeleton; or R3 in common with R9 or R14 mean additional bond between carbon atoms with that R3 and R9 or R14 are bound; R4 is taken among the group including hydrogen atom and oxo- group; or R4 in common with R13 mean additional bond between carbon atoms with that R4 and R13 are bound; R5 is taken among the group including hydrogen atom and hydroxy-group; or R5 in common with R6 mean additional bond between carbon atoms with that R5 and R6 are bound; R6 means hydrogen atom; or R6 in common with R5 mean additional bond between carbon atoms with that R6 and R5 or R14 are bound; R9 means hydrogen atom; or R9 in common with R3 or R10 mean additional bond between carbon atoms with that R9 and R3 or R10 are bound; R10 means hydrogen atom; or R10 in common with R9 mean additional bond between carbon atoms with that R10 and R9 are bound; R11 is taken among the group including hydroxy-, acyloxy-, oxo-group, =NOR28 where R28 means hydrogen atom, halogen atom; or R11 in common with R12 mean additional bond between carbon atoms with that R11 and R12 are bound; R12 means hydrogen atom; or R12 in common with R11 mean additional bond between carbon atoms with that R12 and R11 are bound; R13 means hydrogen atom; or R13 in common with R4 or R14 mean additional bond between carbon atoms with that R13 and R4 or R14 are bound; R14 means hydrogen atom; or R14 in common with R3,R6 or R13 means additional bond between carbon atoms with that R14 and R3 or R6 or R13 are bound; R15 means hydrogen atom; R16 is taken among the group including hydrogen atom, hydroxy-group, oxo-group; or R16 in common with R17 mean additional bond between carbon atoms with that R16 and R17 are bound; R17 means hydrogen atom or hydroxygroup; or R17 in common with R16 mean additional bond between carbon atoms with that R17 and R16 are bound; R18 and R19 mean hydrogen atom; R25 is taken among the group including hydrogen atom and C1-C4-alkyl; A means carbon atom or nitrogen atom; when A means carbon atom then R7 is taken among the group including hydrogen atom, hydroxy- group and fluorine atom; R8 is taken among the group including hydrogen atom, C1-C4-alkyl, methylene and halogen atom; or R7 in common with R8 mean additional bond between carbon atoms with that R7 and R8 are bound; R20 means C1-C4-alkyl; and R21 is taken among the group including C1-C4-alkyl, C1-C4-hydroxyalkyl, C1-C4- halogenalkyl comprising up to three halogen atoms; when A means nitrogen atom then R7 means unshared electron pair; R8 is taken among the group including hydrogen atom and oxo-group; R20 and R21 mean C1-C4-alkyl under condition that compound of the general formula (I) has no any cumulated double bonds and with additional condition that compound is not one of the known cholestene compounds.
