SUBSTANCE: proposed trap includes vessel filled with cryogenic fluid; outer surface of this vessel has fins coated with multi-layer covering made from dielectric material; located between layers is heater made in form of current-conducting conductor made from paper impregnated with graphite or carbon tape.
