FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has rotating cylindrical mirror, Gauss bundle builder, iris aperture, spherical lens, the first and the second rotating scanning mirrors. The device has operation microscope having video camera used as active following system with the first and the second rotating mirrors and built-in keratotoporaph device having two slit illumination projector units with slit projector mirrors on the scanner axes symmetrically arranged in vertical plane in perpendicular to patient eye plane at an angle of 40-53 deg relative to optical axis of the operation microscope. EFFECT: high stability of power distribution profile; low power losses. 1 dwg
