FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has rotatable cylindrical mirror, Gauss beam former, iris aperture movable together with the Gauss beam former along the optical axis, spherical lens and rotatable mirror. Rotating flat parallel plate is mounted behind the iris aperture with simultaneous independent movements like rotation relative to the optical axis and changing beam axis incidence angle on the flat parallel plate. Spherical lens reciprocally movable along the optical axis, rotatable mirror angularly movable in two orthogonal planes is positioned so that mirror rotation center belongs to the optical axis. After being reflected from the rotatable mirror, laser radiation comes to patient eye cornea surface. Operation microscope objective has video camera following eye position. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of hypermetropia, hypermetropic astigmatism operations. 2 dwg
