FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has Gauss beam former, iris aperture movable together with the Gauss beam former along the optical axis, spherical lens and rotatable mirror. The Gauss beam former is designed as flat convex cylindrical lens on the anterior flat surface of which phase plate is manufactured and cylindrical surface generatrix is in perpendicular relation to the optical axis. The greater axis of rectangular laser radiation beam coincides with cylindrical surface generatrix. Slit aperture and iris aperture follow the Gauss beam former. Flat rotating scanning mirror allowing angular displacement relative to the optical axis set at an angle to the optical axis is positioned between the Gauss beam former and the slit aperture and iris aperture. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of surface finishing; stable reproduction of power distribution pattern. 1 dwg
