FIELD: ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: device has rotary cylindrical mirror, gauss beam former, iris diaphragm, cylindrical lens, spherical lens, rotary mirror, and power distribution meter. Gauss beam former is shaped as flow-through vessel filled with distilled water. Phase plate serves as input window of vessel, and spherical lens is used as put window. Iris diaphragm is positioned in spherical lens focus. Gauss beam former may also be represented by phase plate made on flat surface of flat-convex lens. In this case, gauss radiation former and diaphragm are manufactured for joint movement along optical axis. Cylindrical lens is positioned behind iris diaphragm. It is capable of rotation about optical axis in plane perpendicular to optical axis and reciprocation along optical axis. Output lens capable of reciprocation along optical axis and scanning rotary mirror made for angular displacements in two mutually perpendicular planes are positioned behind cylindrical lens. Center of mirror rotation is positioned on optical axis. Device includes videocamera of system which follows position of eye. This system is combined with operating microscope. EFFECT: simplification of construction, reduced power losses. 1 dwg
