FIELD: ophthalmology; applicable in correction of anomalies of ocular refraction and treatment of cornea diseases. SUBSTANCE: device has turning cylindrical mirror, Gaussian beam shaper, iris diaphragm, spherical lens, turning scanning mirror. Installed after turning cylindrical mirror is galvanoscanner consisting of two mirrors ensuring shifting of beam with Gaussian distribution of energy density by iris and slit diaphragms for shaping flat profile of energy density during time of filling of diaphragms aperture. Slit diaphragm is additionally installed after iris diaphragm. Iris and slit diaphragms are installed for opening according to preset algorithm. EFFECT: increased stability in recovery of required profile of energy distribution, reduced heating of cornea and shock wave. 1 dwg
