METHOD OF CLEANING WATER-MISCIBLE LUBRICATION-COOLING PROCESS AGENTS IN LUBRICATION-COOLING PROCESS AGENT APPLICATION SYSTEMS Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

Abstract RU 2183217 C2

FIELD: cleaning means. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lubrication-cooling process means containing suspended impurities (polishing slime, cuttings, etc.) and foreign inclusions (bacterium colonies) and can be used at metal-working enterprises both in individual lubrication-cooing agent treatment systems and in centralized ones. Polluted agent is collected in accumulator containers and then passed consecutively through magnet separator, coarse filter, settling tank, additional filter (e.g. gauze filter), and fine filter. Only a part of the agent stream is passed through fine filter and agent passed through this filter is then combined with main agent stream by feeding the former into the inlet of any unit of the lubrication-cooling agent application system. EFFECT: increased productivity of cleaning process, increased degree of removal of solid particles, foreign oil and colloidal impurities, decreased dimensions of treatment plant, and improved operational conditions. 4 cl, 1 dwg
