FIELD: purification of the industrial and household waste waters and circulated liquids.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of purification of the industrial and household waste waters and circulated liquids, for example, in the water supply systems. The unitized complex for purification of the industrial and household waste waters and the circulated liquids contains: the volumetric framework, which includes the rigid stationary part and the part made with the capability of relocation in respect to the stationary part and the drives to it; the reservoir for the subjected to purification industrial and household waste waters and the circulated liquids freely arranged inside the framework. The base of the stationary part of the framework is made in the form of the vertical columns, which are supplied with the vertical guides made in the form of the chains with their both ends fixed on the columns, the horizontal frame make fast to the columns at the level of no beneath the level of the purified industrial and household waste waters and the circulated liquids. On the horizontal frame there are the mounted slime catchers. Between the horizontal frame and the upper part of the framework there are the fixed vertical cylindrical linear guiding rollings. The movable part of the framework is arranged in the upper part of the complex and includes the driving platform, on which the cassette cartridge-type purifiers are mounted so, that the sleeves of the slime catchers of a separate purifier enveloped the corresponding cartridges. The drive is fixed on the platform and is made in the form of the gear-motor drive, sprockets of which and the sprocket of all the gears of the platform motion are mounted with the possibility of the meshing with guiding chains on the columns of the framework. All the sprockets of the platform motion gears are combined by the common flexible link in the form of the chain. The technical result of the invention is the decreased capital costs used for manufacture and erection of the equipment, reduction of the occupied areas, provision of high efficiency of purification, and also the capability to control the characteristics of the purification process during the complex operation.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the decreased capital costs of manufacture and erection of the equipment, reduction of the occupied areas, provision of the high efficiency of the waste waters purification and the capability to control the characteristics of the purification process during the complex operation.
