FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: dish filled with liquid is cooled by means of two thermoelectric modules; first module is brought in thermal contact with dish and provision is made for control of its current; temperature of liquid is measured and temperature-dependent physical parameters of liquid are recorded. Heat accumulating element is placed between two thermoelectric modules ensuring thermal contact; heat accumulating element is cooled by means of both thermoelectric modules at simultaneous heating of dish containing liquid to preset initial temperature.
