FIELD: technological processes; measurement.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the sphere of measurement equipment. In the method the measurements are performed by structurally-sensitive parameter - induced potential, which occurs on the border of division liquid phase - solid phase. Device consists of temperature unit, which includes measuring cell made of melt quartz in the form of dish, in which two flat parallel electrodes are installed, which are made of nickel or stainless steel. Side surface of dish made of current-conducting compound is fixed to the top "cold" base of thermoelectric module, the bottom "hot" surface of which is put in contact with plane of cooling device with running water. All mentioned elements of device are equipped with thermal electromagnetic protection. With the help of current conductors dish electrodes are connected to the input of amplifier, which is connected to graphical display and computer device.
EFFECT: provision of possibility of estimate of liquid (crystal) phase part of oil products and determination of cloud and congelation temperatures in one cycle.
