At accumulation of single gentle fibers in rare vision areas - slightly pronounced hepatic fibrosis is diagnosed, at accumulation of coarse single fibers in all vision areas - moderate hepatic fibrosis and considerable mass of fibers in all vision areas as bundles at the background of pronounced structural and functional degradation of macrophages and accumulation of fibroblasts the pronounced hepatic fibrosis or cirrhosis are diagnosed.
