Then the values ​​of the indicators are compared and with LDF1>LDF2 - minimal liver fibrosis is diagnosed, with LDF2>LDF1 - high-grade liver fibrosis.

EFFECT: method allows early diagnosis of the stage of fibrosis, promotes the appointment of timely therapy aimed at reducing the rate of progression of fibrosis, improving the quality of life of the child and preventing the development of cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma of the liver.
