FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves building subcutaneous cartilaginous carcass in parotid region corresponding to the concha auriculae in shape. After having been coalesced, it is separated together with cutanofascial sheet to the external acoustic meatus zone. Elliptic cutanofascial flap taken from the posterior surface of the opposite concha auriculae is fixed in the zone of conchaauriculae-to-mastoid-process transition. The remaining sites are populated with free skin grafts. EFFECT: prevented attraction of repaired concha auriculae to the cranium. 4 dwg
