FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to maxillofacial surgery and can be applied for reconstruction of penetrating defect of nose wing. A long cellulocutaneous flap is moved from cheek. A distal part of said cellulocutaneous flap is rolled up inside the nose and sutured to mucous membrane, herewith forming an internal lining. Skin from a proximal part of the flap is sutured from one side to skin of external nose surface. There is a free chondral autograft from auricle bowl placed between external and internal linings. Further, the other side of the proximal part of the flap is sutured to the nose wing.
EFFECT: method allows recovering nasal function, ensuring aesthetic effect.
