SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to plastic surgery and otorhinolaryngology, can find application in reconstructive surgeries of the new growths of auricle skin. Substance of the method consists in the formation in the parotid region of a doubled pedicle skin flap with intermediate cartilage of the posterior auricular artery to be anchored to the defect edges. A wound surface of a chondrocutaneous flap taken from an opposite auricle with a skin part corresponding to the defect diametre is anchored to fatty tissue of a distal end of a cellulocutaneous parotid flap. Several days later, the flap with the engraftment is mobilised, turned and anchored to the defect edges. Skin of the parotid flap is fixed to the defect edges of the posterior auricle surface, and the skin part of the graft - to the defect edges of the anterior auricle surface.

EFFECT: use of the given invention allows providing effective engraftment, and also ensuring good functional and cosmetic effects.
