THERAPEUTIC APPLICATION OF DERIVED THIENYLCYCLOHEXYLAMINE Russian patent published in 2002 - IPC

FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics. SUBSTANCE: it is declared the application of 2-methyl-1-(piperidinyl)-1-(2- thienyl)cyclohexane in a racemic form, as practically pure diastereoisomers or enantiomers as an active source of medicinal preparations. The latters are designated either to limit or inhibit effects caused by the action of exogenous neurotoxic substances or neurotoxins. The composition of the mentioned action and, also, a combined product are suggested containing 2-methyl-1-(piperidinyl)-1- (2- thienyl)cyclohexane. Moreover, the composition contains, at least, one more substance chosen out of anticholinergic, antispasmodic substances and reactivators of cholinesterases. Components of combined product could be introduced simultaneously, separately or distributed in time.
