FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device is usable in cylindrical ampoules containing fluid to be pressed out. The back side of the ampoule is closed with piston mounted to enable one to push it into the ampoule using ribbon-like flexible piston rod. The rod is controllable along the guiding part of the piston rod in the position behind the back end. The rod has supporting members protruding at least from one side of the mentioned ribbon-like rod. The mentioned rod has the width and the supporting members have the length that the rod sides and The supporting member ends are mainly arranged in circle of the rod cross-section and are adjacent to the internal wall of the ampoule at least at three contact points on the internal ampoule perimeter. EFFECT: flexible plastic piston rod deflectable outside of the ampoule and pushable inside of the ampoule without bending inside of it. 9 cl, 6 dwg
