FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: it is conducted an intraoperational laser photophoresis of omental bursa and pancreas along with hordox usage. Both are treated with laser radiation at 0.63 mcm wave length and 1.8-2.0 mW power. In postoperational period, catheterized lymph node and omental bursa are introduced with 100000 U hordox daily at the rate of 20 ml/h. It is conducted a daily single simultaneous seance of internodal laser irradiation of lymph along with hordox at 0.63 mcm wave length and 1.8-2.0 mW power for 20-30 min together with seance of postoperational laser photophoresis of omental bursa and pancreas along with hordox. Irradiation is conducted for 7-14 d through polymeric monofilamentous light guides. The method enables to affect not only pancreatic tissue, but its adjacent retroperitoneal fiber to normalize enzymatic composition of the lymph. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 2 ex
