FIELD: railway transport; windows. SUBSTANCE: proposed devices has lifting mechanism, window frame with projection 6 and case in which double glass pane 3 is installed with sealing, flexible links with connecting members, shock absorbers installed on case bottom, axle of lifting mechanism 16 installed in frame brackets 15 and reel with flexible link. Frame communicates with case through channel overlapped by U- shaped variable section strips carrying double glass pane. Forks of strips, frame slot 5 and seal are fastened by cotter. Strips are secured by screws on drop levers. Lifting mechanism is provided with flexible links releases friction retarder. Each reel secured on end of shaft is furnished with fastener to fix flexible link in reel hole. Connecting members are connected with loops of bandage tape directly attached to double glass pane and enclosing the pane from below. Arm of lever for horizontal fixing the pane is provided with stop pressed by spring to side surface of case. Case is secured on window frame by means of cover plates with screw joints.
