FIELD: railway transport; railway car building. SUBSTANCE: brake has spring, angle lever whose arms are hinge connected with tie-rod rings, manual control mechanism, and leverage including brake cylinder. brake cylinder is connected to main line and to reservoir with relief valve by means of air distributor. Parking brake has also parking brake release cylinder connected through bell crank with end of tie-rod of angle lever lower arm. Spring installed on body bracket loads tie-rod of upper arm of angle lever, tie-rod being connected with spring by means of adjusting nut. Tie-rod of lower arm is connected with leverage by means of additional telescopic tie-rod whose parts are connected by articulated two-link member. Middle hinge joint of two-link member, with links folded down, is fixed by stop and latch mounted on telescopic tie-rod. Part of tie-rod, coupled for free movement with leverage, is provided with stop for engagement with support member of body. Latch and relief valve have common manual control mechanism. Space of cylinder communicates with reservoir. EFFECT: provision of automatic operation of air-spring parking brake depending on supply of compressed air in pneumatic brake system and simultaneous manual release of parking and pneumatic brake. 2 cl, 4 dwg
