FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of solid rocket propellant charges (STRT), namely to technology of explosives preparation, which contain oxidants liable to agglomeration. Installation for mixing of explosive components comprises upper and lower mixers with augers and device for control of explosive flow between mixers. Device for control of flow has outer body and inner body with fixed elastic membrane, with transverse partition in the middle, on both sides of which on cylindrical shell of body there are through holes arranged. Transverse partition of inner body on both sides is equipped with cone inserts. One cone insert is installed with top to the side of upper mixer auger, and the second cone insert - with its top to the side of working cavity of lower mixer. Through holes on shell of inner body are arranged in the form of slots, side walls of which are arranged along generatrices of cylindrical shell, and end walls of slots are slanted towards transverse partition.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to exclude stagnant zones in process of mixing, which improves quality characteristics of mixture.
