FIELD: rocket fuels. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to developing low-smoky (chlorineless) high-energy solid rocket fuels operated within a wide temperature range (from -50 C to +50 C), which can be used in a variety of rocket systems (anti-missile, antiaircraft defense, volley-fair rocket systems, etc.). Fuel is composed of, wt %: nitroipobutyl glycerol trinitrate or tetranitoamine (plasticizers) 1.22-25.10, cyclotetramethylene tetranitroamine or hexanitrohexaisoazoisowurtcitan or hexanitrohexaisoazoadamantane (oxidants) 57.50-84.80, dispersed aluminum (combustible) 0.07-20.0, polybutadienenitril rubber or polyurethane rubber (high-molecular binder) 2.05-5.90, and process additives (hardeners, surfactants, and others) 1.50-2.00. Additives are used in dependence of requirements for any particular jet propulsion. EFFECT: improved resistance to acid media, extended operation temperature range at satisfactory thermal and hydrolytic stabilities, low sensitivity to mechanical effects, and absence of chlorine. 1 tbl
