FIELD: operation of agglomeration plants. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of adding to agglomerated material catalytically active finely divided or dust-like material for sintering them together; adding as catalytically active material Na, K, Mg,Ca,Ba,Zn,Ni,Pb,Ti,Cu,Fe,Al,Pt,V,W,Mo,Rh or Cr or oxide, salt, silicate of one of above mentioned elements or of their combination, titanium dioxide, tungsten trioxide and(or) vanadium pentoxide, light ash from installation for burning domestic or industrial waste, finely divided exhausted dioxine catalyst, finely divided residue or waste product of process for making dioxine catalysts. Mass relation of catalytically active material and agglomerated material is in range (1:30)-(1:1), preferably (1: 20)-(1: 5). Catalytically active material is intimately mixed with agglomerated material or it is added to aglomerated material by layers. EFFECT: reduced content of dioxines in exhaust gas. 9 cl, 1 dwg
