Space filled with air is located above surface of liquid. Solid body includes internal space filled with air which contacts liquid. Body is mounted for reciprocating motion along vertical of position. Movement occurs thanks to controlled variable pressure in air space in closed vessel. Presence of reciprocating motion along vertical of position and rotation of the Earth forces body to rock perpendicular to vertical of position coinciding with direction East-West.
