Electrical energy is picked off by electromagnetic windings. Water ionized at least for starting period is used as conducting medium which is set in motion by traveling magnetic field with aid of electromagnetic field windings. Medium motion is organized through pressurized channel whose inner walls have dielectric constant higher than that of water.
