FIELD: space technology. SUBSTANCE: vehicle has aerodynamic profile body 2 with isolated crew compartment 6, additional body 3 from an electromagnetoinsulating material, medium ionizers 13 (hard ultraviolet lasers), vehicle speed control devices in the form of a sectional system of superconductors 21 mounted on body 3, electrodes and superconducting solenoids 22 positioned above them on magnetotransparent outer body 2. Moreover, the vehicle has power supply means which, in turn have super- flywheels 25 (as main accumulators), additional accumulator 26 in the form of a superconducting solenoid, magnetohydrodynamic converters 28 and motors/generators 29 with superconducting windings mechanically connected to flywheels 25 (all the members are connected to each other and to the vehicle speed control device by a corresponding commutation system). The vehicle also has various supplementary systems: a landing-take-off, fuel (with water and fuel tanks 45 and 46), crew safety, control 9 (including desk 8) and etc. The lift force is produced by an ionized medium flowing over the body and by magnetohydrodynamic converters 28 (whereto the medium is fed from tanks 45,46 and is subjected to a high-voltage discharge).
