FIELD: dairy, biotechnological, medicinal and pharmaceutical industries. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of preparing biologically active substances that can be used as biologically active supplements. Method involves the purification of raw by centrifugation, proteins sorption on ion-exchange resin, their chromatography separation, elution and assay of fractions with an optical density above 0.1 U at wavelength 280 nm, dialysis and stabilization. Native low-molecular cationic proteins of dairy origin are used as a raw. Chromatographic separation is carried out on CM-cellulose and dialysis against a physiological solution. Stabilization is performed by microfiltration through semipenetrating membranes with a selectivity index above 50 kDa. The prepared biologically active supplement is dried and packaged. Milk, colostrums, old-milked milk, fat-free milk, subcheese whey, curd whey, ultrafiltrate of fat-free or whole milk and ultrafiltrate of subcheese or curd whey are used the source of native low-molecular cationic protein substances of dairy origin. Biologically active supplement can comprise additionally lysozyme, pancreatic RNAse and polypeptides. Said method ensures to obtain the biologically active supplement containing native angiogenine, lysozyme, pancreatic RNAse and polypeptides that shows the wound-healing and general tonic effect.
