FIELD: dairy industry. SUBSTANCE: sterilized milk contains biologically active supplement including protein fraction which, in its turn, contains up to 1.0 g angiogenine/l. At the same time angiogenine content in ready-to-use product corresponds to 12.5 mg/l. Protein fraction is isolated out of either whole or fat-free milk, subcheesy or curdled whey, ultrafiltrate of either whole or fat-free milk, ultrafiltrate of either subcheesy or curdled whey, colostrum or lately drawn milk.
