FIELD: organic chemistry, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel derivatives of benzoxazinedione of the general formula (I) 
where R1 means H or carboxyalkyl-group; R2 means hydrogen atom or alkyl and R3 means different acidic groups derivatizable from amino acids, dipeptides and hydrazones, their conjugates with active substance respectively, for example, residues from penicillin order. The proposed compounds are heterocyclic protected derivatives of catechol and they effective against strains of gram-negative microorganisms and used as siderofores. Also, invention discloses a medicinal preparation based on compounds of the formula (I). EFFECT: new compounds indicated above, valuable antibacterial properties. 14 cl, 2 tbl
