FIELD: steelmaking. SUBSTANCE: structural steel is composed, wt.%: carbon, 1.4-1.55; silicon, 1.25-2.0; manganese, 0.1-0.35; chromium, 14-16; vanadium, 3.0-4.5; molybdenum, 1.5-2.0; cerium, 0.0015-0.005; calcium, 0.0015-0.005; niobium, 0.1-0.15; boron, 0.002-0.005; and iron, the balance. Said steel is, in particular, used to manufacture parts of reducers and hydraulic drives of fuel-combustion apparatuses operated in contact with wet aircraft fuel and under humid atmosphere conditions. EFFECT: increased corrosion resistance and contact strength without thermochemical treatment. 2 cl, 2 tbl
