SUBSTANCE: refractory alloy comprises the following components, in wt %: carbon - 0.35-0.55, nitrogen - 0.02-0.05, chromium - 28.0-36.0, iron - 3.0-5.0, niobium - 1.0-2.0, tungsten - 0.5-8.0, molybdenum - 0.2-0.6, titanium - 0.05-0.6, silicon - 0.8-2.0, manganese - 0.8-1.5, aluminium - 0.1-1.0, copper - 0.1-1.0, magnesium - 0.01-0.1, zirconium - 0.005-0.15, yttrium 0.008-0.1, boron - 0.007-0.01, calcium - 0.01-0.2, barium - 0.01-0.3, cerium - 0.022-0.063, lanthanum - 0.006-0.027, niobium - 0.002-0.005, praseodymium - 0.005-0.008, nickel making the rest. Proposed alloy features high creep resistance, heat resistance and long-term duration.
EFFECT: service life increased by 1,5-2- times.
