FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has base carrying at least two separate attachment units, each for separate food vessel with one drive member, and safety mechanism. Drive member is disposed adjacent to respective attachment unit, is connected to drive equipped with electric engine and provided with safety mechanism. Safety member is positioned for displacement between two locking positions. When safety member is moved to one position, food vessel may not be inserted into first attachment unit, while second attachment unit allows related food vessel to be fixed in it. When safety member is moved to other position, food vessel may not be placed into second attachment unit, while first attachment unit is ready for receiving related food vessel. Safety member is moved to locked position by food vessel, when related food vessel is set in assigned attachment unit. Such construction prevents parallel connection of several food vessels on several drive shafts. EFFECT: simplified construction and increased efficiency. 13 cl, 5 dwg
