Quick-to-slow recovery transition point position and corresponding ST level are determined from dynamic ST segment shift changes plot. Local conductivity disorder index is calculated from mathematical formula , where ST_min is the ST level at loading height, ST_max is the ST level at the moment of quick-to-slow recovery transition, ST_o is the initial ST level. The greater is the local conductivity disorder index value, the higher is to be the ischemic myocardium lesion severity degree.
