FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves recording electrocardiogram taken from myocardial ischemia patients. Provocation test is carried out. ST segment shift is recorded in continuous mode. Quick-to-slow recovery transition point position and corresponding ST level are determined from dynamic ST segment shift changes plot. Local conductivity disorder index is calculated from mathematical formula , where STmin is the ST level at loading height, STmax is the ST level at the moment of quick-to-slow recovery transition, STo is the initial ST level. The greater is the local conductivity disorder index value, the higher is to be the ischemic myocardium lesion severity degree.
