FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: the method deals with evaluation of both healthy and sick patients. Loading probe should be carried out for a patient. Heart rate (HR), ECG values are registered. HR value should be determined which corresponds to maximum oxygen consumption. Maximum due HR value is determined. Minimal HR value should be detected according to ECG-monitoring data. By using the data obtained, one should estimate physical working capacity by mathematical formula. The suggested method is simple, available and enables to evaluate physical working capacity based upon single standard by taking into consideration maximum oxygen consumption.
