FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has wire carcass manufactured from an alloy possessing shape memory properties. The wire is fixed at the conductor member end. The wire is 25-50 mm long and has conic spiral shape. The spiral has coil pitch equal to 1.2-1.5 mm. The spiral end is fixed on the conductor member on the same side with cone apex. The cone angle is equal to 20-30 deg. EFFECT: enabled ureter dilation around calculus; improved calculus fixation and calculus holding; reduced risk of complications. 2 cl, 2 dwg
