SUBSTANCE: solid medicinal form for oral intake has from 1 to 10 mg of ramipril or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt and from 1 to 70 mg of dihydropyridine compound. Felodipine, nitrendipine, nifedipin or lacidipine and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts are used as a dihydropyridine compound. Release of ramipril occurs instantly and release of dihydropyridine compound occurs for a long time, for at least 6 h. Medicinal form can be made as tablet, combined tablet or capsule. In treatment of hypertension a patient intakes the solid medicinal form in effective dose, once per a 24 h. Effect of the combined composition continues for 24 h after a single intake for 24 h.
