FIELD: apparatuses fro evaporation; applicable in chemical, food, microbiological and other industries. SUBSTANCE: evaporator has a vertical body, heat-exchange tubes, tube plates, inlet and outlet pipes, and separator. Each heat-exchange tube consists of cylindrical and conical parts coaxially installed at a distance from one another to form injection zone. Mounted in tube cylindrical part is turbine consisting of cylinder, two discs with holes, shaft and casings fixed into a single unit. Blades are located in a helix on external and internal cylinder surfaces. Installed at inlet of tube conical part is a distributor in the form of hemispheres with axial cylindrical channel. The distributor is locked by means of flexible steel rods with flat side upward. Turbine is installed in upper and lower thrust bearings secured to spherical surface of the distributor and brackets of cylindrical part of heat-exchange tube, respectively. The device for discharge of syrup is made in the form of cone installed on upper tube plate with base down. EFFECT: higher efficiency of evaporation. 3 dwg
