FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices, which are intended for spraying of liquid mediums, namely, to sprayers of ejection type with fine-dispersed scattering of liquid drops. Sprayer contains casing, outlet nozzle and liquid supply nozzle, which is coaxially installed in casing cavity with formation of annular channel between internal surface of casing and liquid supply nozzle, which communicates to the opening of gas supply. Annular channel is connected with outlet nozzle through guiding channels, the end part of liquid supply nozzle from the side of inlet to outlet nozzle and part of outlet nozzle that faces it are made in the form of conical surfaces. Profiled channel of outlet nozzle includes serially installed inlet annular section, which narrows in direction of stream flow, and outlet cylindrical section that is conjugated with it. Inlet section of nozzle profiled channel is formed between conical surface of liquid supply nozzle end part and conical surface of outlet nozzle. Outlet cross section of liquid supply nozzle opening is installed between outlet cross section of inlet conical portion and outlet cross section of outlet cylindrical part of profiled channel of nozzle. Guiding channels are oriented parallel to symmetry axis of outlet nozzle profiled channel. Invention provides increase of efficiency of fine-dispersed spatially uniform gas-drop flow generation, uniformity of distribution of monodisperse liquid drops in flow and possibility to regulate flow parameters with reduction of expenses for production and operation of device.
