FIELD: ultrasonic cleaning equipment used for removing different-type contaminations from surfaces of small lots of low- and mean-size parts, laboratory and medical instruments and so on. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes bath filled with liquid medium in which container is placed and which is provided with lid having ultrasonic piezoirradiator connected with metallic irradiating plate. Said plate is arranged with possibility (in working position) of acoustic contact with liquid medium. Apparatus also includes ultrasonic oscillation generator having exciting generator and outlet amplifier mutually connected by switch whose control inlet is connected with first outlet of flip-flop. First inlet of flip-flop is connected with button "ON" and with inlet of timer. Second inlet of flip-flop is connected with button "OFF" and with outlet of timer. Outlet of power amplifier is connected with piezoirradiator. Ultrasonic oscillation generator is provided with feedback circuit including electric current pickup connected with one outlet of outlet amplifier and corresponding to electrode of piezoirradiator; rectifier whose inlets are connected with outlets of electric current pickup; comparator whose first inlet is connected with outlet of rectifier; reference voltage source whose outlet is connected with second inlet of comparator. Outlet of comparator is connected with second inlet of flip-flop whose outlet is connected with inlet of light and sound signaling device. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and reliability of cleaning articles due to continuous monitoring of presence of acoustic contact of piezoirradiator with liquid medium in container with worked parts. 2 cl, 1 dwg
