FIELD: methods of individual cleaning of items.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method and a device for mega-acoustical cleaning of emulsion carriers. The group of the inventions is pertinent to the methods of individual cleaning of items and may be used at mega-acoustical cleaning of, for example, semi-conducting plates and phototemplates. The method provides, that a surface of the emulsion carriers is scanned by a jet of the insonified cleaning liquid on a radius of its surface from the center to the periphery and back. The emulsion carrier is twirled in respect with a jet in a plane perpendicular to a direction of its feeding. From the opposite side of the emulsion carrier along the whole trajectory of scanning of the insonified liquid they form a liquid stream washing the surface of the emulsion carrier from the opposite side, insonify it through thickness of the emulsion carrier and then affect by the insonified liquid on the opposite side of the emulsion carrier. The device for realization of the offered method contains a body, a bath with an emulsion carrier holder installed on the shaft of its drive, an atomizer with a nozzle for delivery of a cleaning liquid installed above the emulsion carrier with possibility of a reciprocating motion along a radius from the center to the periphery and means for delivery of the cleaning liquid in the atomizer and the bath. The emulsion carrier is made in the form of a rotor with holders. Inside the rotor there is an additional bath, dimensions of which are commensurable with the trajectory of the scanning jet of the insonified liquid from the nozzle of the atomizer and which is fixed on the upper part of the hollow rod coaxially installed inside the drive shaft and fixed n the body. At that the upper part of the hollow rod is made dead, and the bottom of the additional bath has the radial channel linked with the transversal channels also made in the bottom of the additional bath. Besides in the point of the additional bath fixation on the hollow rod there are radial holes, and in the bath there are a cylindrical recess and grooves linked with the radial channel of the bottom of the bath. Such a design ensures two-sided megaacoustical cleaning of the emulsion carriers at use of one piezoemitter and increased efficiency of cleaning.
EFFECT: the inventions ensure two-sided megaacoustical cleaning of the emulsion carriers at use of one piezoemitter and increased efficiency of cleaning.
