SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel derivatives of biphenylamidine of the formula (I) A means -O-CmH2m-X1- or means formula (II) where X1 means oxygen atom or formula (III) ; R1 means cycloalkyl with 5-7 carbon atoms, Ar1,CR4R5Ar2,C(CH3)2R6; R2 means hydrogen atom, alkyl, hydroxyl, halogen atom, O-alkyl; R3 means hydrogen atom, alkyl; R4 means alkyl, trifluoromethyl-group, CH2OH; R5 means hydrogen atom, alkyl, trifluoromethyl-group; or R4 and R5 in common can form alkylene; R6 means CH2OH,CONR7R8,CH2R7R8 under condition that R1 does not mean unsubstituted phenyl residue bound through alkylene, or their acid-additive salts with pharmacologically acceptable acids.
